Wreath sponsorships are accepted year-round. Each year, we provide recommended regional deadlines to help ensure wreaths can be processed and delivered in time for the annual wreath placement on Wreaths Across America Day.
For the 2026 wreath season, the recommended regional sponsorship deadlines are:
- Region 1: December 2 at 11:59 PM ET
- Region 2: December 2 at 11:59 PM ET
- Region 3: December 1 at 11:59 PM ET
- Region 4: December 1 at 11:59 PM ET
- Region 5: December 2 at 11:59 PM ET
-
These deadlines are especially important for grave-specific sponsorship requests, which require additional coordination with the local location coordinator. Requests received closer to Wreaths Across America Day may have limited options for specific grave placement.
Please refer to the regional map below to identify your region and find your Regional Liaison’s contact information.
