I have a family pass, am I able to use it on WAA day?

Yes. 

In years past, ANC officials have advised they plan to open the parking garage at 7:00am only to individuals with an authorized ANC Family Pass. Vehicles with valid Handicap Permits will also be allowed to enter the Parking Facility starting at 7:00am, and will be later directed out into the Cemetery itself through the Administration Building gate to park in the Administrative Parking lot which is adjacent to Section 54. Section 54 is a flatter more level section of grave sites within the cemetery. We encourage individual volunteers who have mobility limitations to gather at Section 54 to help place wreaths.
