We understand how disappointing it can be when your grave-specific wreath is not present when you or your loved ones visit the headstone.
While every effort is made to place grave-specific wreaths on National Wreaths Across America Day, there may be instances when a wreath is not visible during a later visit. In some cases, a wreath may have been displaced by weather, moved during cemetery maintenance, or removed after placement.
Because local volunteers coordinate each participating location, we work closely with those teams to review reports of missing or unconfirmed grave-specific wreath placements.
If your grave-specific wreath was not delivered, please contact our Customer Operations team at 877-385-9504. A representative will be happy to assist you and discuss available options.
